According to the Glassdoor’s study, women earn about 20% less than men.  Here are the findings:

  • 6 out of 10 bachelor’s degree are awarded to females.
  • High-paying jobs in fields like engineering tend to be dominated by men.
  • Some of the biggest pay gaps witnessed by recent grads with the same college majors are among traditionally male fields
  • Men are earning $56,957 annually five years after they get their college degree, compared with $50,426 for women.
