Doximity, the professional network for healthcare professionals, recently released its annual Physician Compensation report. More than 65,000 verified U.S. physicians participated in the survey.

Based on Doximity’s findings, we listed 10 metro areas with the highest compensation and 10 with the lowest compensation for physicians in 2017.

To help you in selecting a medical college, we collected the data of physicians available for every 100,000 residents along with the school having the best medical program in every metro area.
